SON AND LLORIS DOWNPLAYS INNER STORM

After failing to tie down Christian Eriksen and with Harry Kane now eyeing a move to Barcelona instead of following in the footsteps of Ledley King to die at Tottenham as a one club man, Jose Mourinho now faces media scrutiny thanks to the rumors flying around hinting of a bust up in the Spurs dressing room.

Hugo Lloris and Heung-Min Son says no rife have stirred up in the dressing room and Spurs, under Mou has remained as calm as still waters.

Mou’s team overcame Norwich on Wednesday but everyone appeared to be overly interested in the seeming cloud being said to overshadow his dressing room.

Eric Dier and Toby Alderwireld also backed their manager. This is all textbook approach of previous Mourinho teams. Senior players try to convince the media that everything is fine and dandy while they continue to have internal rows with their boss while hoping people are stupid enough not to notice the ripple effects of such unhealthy dressing room on the field of play.

Jurgen Klopp has rarely been accused of these kind of rifts and it is easy to see why judging by the body language displayed by everyone under him both towards their coach  and their fellow teammates.

More players have also defended Mou.

Lloris believe the players owe it to the club to avoid distraction. The brownie points they lost during the era of Pochettino is yet to be won back and kickstarting another rift will be detrimental to the collective.

Son believes the poor results recorded of late is the reason the rumors are flying around. The first few games under Mourinho brought all the fanfare because spurs for the first tim in a long while gave their fans an energetic display

The loss to United kickstarted the current negativity. They are yet to snap out of it.
